  • Outdoor marketing in Mumbai is regulated by the Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation. Rules cover all types of out-of-home displays, including digital and static billboards. They are primarily focused on safety, limiting the size of advertising displays, and ensuring public advertising structures are secure.

    Billboards can be up to 40 by 40 feet, must be a maximum of 100 feet from the ground, and cannot be closer than 70 metres to the next large billboard or display or within 30 metres of a smaller billboard.
