At One Day, we give bonuses to all staff, independently of role. Success should be celebrated and shared, and outstanding contributions matter the most.

Hybrid WFH
The entire company works Fridays from Home, or any location of your choosing, and for tenured employees, we offer 1 full week of WFH per Quarter.

One Day’s success is your success too.
New employees receive 25 days of annual leave, plus an additional 2 days during the December holiday season. Tenured employees enjoy a total of 28 days of annual leave, along with the extra 2 days.
And of course, your birthday is on us, bringing the total to 31 days off.

Old computers and screens have no place in our work environment. High-performing teams require high-quality equipment, which is why all office hardware and work tools are Grade A!
