We are looking for a Senior PPC Manager to join our unique team and set up to deliver outstanding work for clients whom we deeply care about. This is also a unique opportunity for you to work truly collaboratively and learn other media since we don't have Account Managers or Client Services.
Responsibilities
Management of all aspects of Search accounts (Google Ads, Bing, GMC, GA4, Looker Studio, etc)
Client-facing and account management
Strategy, pitching, analysis
Reporting, insights
Help One Day push its boundaries
Qualifications
4+ years of Paid Search experience, preferably agency-side
Superb team player who can collaborate, teach and criticise.
Excellent communication and organisational skills

We are looking for a Junior PPC Executive to join our growing performance team, reporting directly to our Senior PPC Manager. This is a hands-on role ideal for someone who is passionate about Paid Search, eager to learn fast, and ready to contribute to ambitious campaigns across multiple industries.
Responsibilities
Support the Senior PPC Manager in managing Search accounts (Google Ads, Bing, GMC, GA4, Looker Studio, etc)
Assist in campaign builds, keyword research, ad copy creation, and optimisation
Help with data analysis, performance reporting, and insights
Learn cross-channel planning alongside our wider Digital and OOH teams
Contribute ideas to improve performance and efficiency
Qualifications
1–2 years of Paid Search experience (agency or client-side) or strong analytical marketing background
Proficient with Google Ads and GA4
Strong attention to detail and numerical skills
Willingness to learn and take feedback

We are looking for a Junior Designer (Motion & Video) to join our creative team, reporting directly to our Senior Designer. This is a hands-on, fast-paced role ideal for someone with a strong eye for design and a passion for bringing ideas to life through motion graphics and video editing.
Responsibilities
Support the Senior Designer across motion, video, and static creative production
Edit and produce videos for campaigns across digital, social, and OOH channels
Create motion graphics, animations, and visual assets in line with brand guidelines
Assist with storyboarding and creative concept development
Help prepare files and assets for client delivery across formats and platforms
Qualifications
1–2 years of design experience (agency or in-house)
Skilled in Adobe Creative Suite, especially After Effects, Premiere Pro, and Photoshop
Strong visual design sense and understanding of animation principles
Interest in social media trends, digital formats, and storytelling through video

The Role
We’re looking for a JuniorAccount Manager with at least 1 year of advertising/marketing equivalent role, ideally from an agency, specialist or media owner, to join our fast-paced Growth Team. You’ll take full ownership of inbound client inquiries—converting leads, pitching media plans, and delivering advertising campaigns across multiple channels.
This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a collaborative, high-energy environment, is eager to learn about all forms of media, and can independently manage campaigns from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and convert inbound sales opportunities.
Plan and buy media across OOH, TV, Radio, and other channels. UK and Worldwide.
Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
Oversee campaign execution and ensure seamless project management.
Collaborate with internal teams to deliver high-quality results.
What We’re Looking For
Bilingual: French and German speaker.
Proven experience in account management or media sales (specialist, agency or media owner).
Excellent organisation and multitasking skills with attention to detail.

The Role
We’re looking for a highly organised and detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Manager to support the financial operations of the business. This is a pivotal role working closely with our leadership and operations teams to manage day-to-day finance functions, including accounts payable, payroll, reconciliations, and management reporting.
You’ll need to be confident working independently, proactively managing month-end processes and reporting, with a solid understanding of core accounting principles. Experience in the media/advertising industry is highly desirable.
Key Responsibilities
Manage accounts payable and receivable processes
Reconcile management accounts, P&L, balance sheets, and cash flow
Process payroll and manage pension contributions
Handle accruals and prepayments accurately
Issue client invoices and ensure timely follow-up on payments
Maintain accurate financial records and documentation
Prepare financial reports for internal stakeholders
Assist with budgeting and forecasting
Ensure compliance with internal financial controls and HMRC regulations
Liaise with external accountants, suppliers, and internal teams
What We’re Looking For
AAT Level 4 qualification (minimum requirement)
Proven experience working with Xero and CRM systems
Demonstrated competency in:
Accruals and prepayments
Reconciliation of management accounts
P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow reporting
Payroll processing
Invoicing and payables
Previous experience in a finance/accounts assistant role
Strong Excel/Sheets and general IT skills
Excellent attention to detail and organisational skills
Comfortable working independently and prioritising tasks

We are looking for a Growth Executive (Internship) to join our business development and media team. This is an opportunity to learn how an international advertising agency grows, pitches, and wins campaigns across multiple markets. The role will report directly to the Growth Team and collaborate with senior members across media and creative teams.
Responsibilities
Review and qualify inbound leads to ensure they fit our client profile
Conduct lead outreach and follow up on cold or unresponsive prospects
Maintain accurate and up-to-date lead data in the CRM
Support in creating and updating market decks and pitch materials
Help package and distribute special deals or rate offers across the network
