Street Furniture Advertising

Street Furniture Advertising Case Studies

One Day Agency used street furniture advertising in Visit Jordan's Kingdom of Time launch across six European countries and eleven cities.

Street furniture advertising operates at pedestrian eye level, which is where a destination brand needs to be seen repeatedly as people move through a city on foot. We ran digital street furniture and street posters as part of the format mix, with France in particular using digital street formats and street posters across Paris and Lyon alongside digital malls and 100 Paris Metro digital panels. These placements built sustained citywide presence between the higher-impact moments created by tram wraps, large digital billboards and taxi supersides.

Planned and delivered in two weeks across the UK, France, Italy, Germany, Spain and Sweden, the campaign produced 359.5 million estimated impressions from 1,597 screens and sites, including 535 secured as added value.

Street Furniture Advertising for Bugaboo

One Day Agency used street furniture advertising for Bugaboo to build premium visibility across London's parenting hotspots.

Bugaboo's audience is new and expectant parents, so proximity matters more than raw reach. We planned street furniture advertising around affluent London areas, maternity wards, hospitals and high-footfall family environments, using street hubs and static and digital 6-sheets at street level where parents walk with prams. Key areas included Westminster, Kensington, Chelsea, Marylebone, St John's Wood, Battersea, Bayswater, London City and the West End. The West End carried an estimated weekly footfall of 1.2 to 2.5 million and Westminster between 600,000 and over 1 million.

Street-level formats worked alongside roadside digital 48-sheets and 6-sheets, plus Westminster Bridge 48 and 96-sheet placements, combining contextual proximity to healthcare and parenting environments with broader London visibility.

One Day Agency used street furniture formats for Feather Down Farms, the premium glamping brand, across two back-to-back campaigns targeting ABC1 family audiences.

Placement was the whole strategy here. We put static 6-sheets near primary schools in affluent areas, catching parents on the school run, which is high-frequency exposure at exactly the moment holidays get discussed. Digital 6-sheets went into Waitrose and Tesco stores with strong ABC1 profiles to reach families mid-shop in a high dwell environment, and a 96-sheet at Dudley Zoo was timed to the May Bank Holiday to catch families already heading out for the day.

Combined with bus rears and Sky VOD, the campaign delivered over 12.2 million impressions at a £2.74 OOH CPM, with Sky reaching 96,145 households at 2.6 average frequency.

Street Furniture Advertising for Ambl

One Day Agency used street furniture across London for Ambl, the reservation booking app bringing spontaneity back to eating out.

Proximity was the point. We placed posters, bus stops and phone boxes directly in London's restaurant and bar hotspots, so the app was advertised exactly where the decision it serves gets made, rather than in general high-traffic positions. That street-level layer ran alongside billboards and large formats for the launch, and followed a pre-launch phase built on full motion video on socialite screens inside pubs and bars.

Running the campaign in two stages let us use street furniture differently each time: for the pre-launch it created curiosity in the places people were already out drinking, and for the full launch it drove sign-ups, reinforced by paid social on Instagram, Facebook and Snapchat.
