Artgapi came to us with the goal of driving awareness and app installs for their platform—marking their first venture into performance marketing. Our role was to establish a strong foundation across key paid channels, optimise for cost-efficient growth, and explore new audiences that could unlock scale.

Setting the Stage for Growth

In May 2025, we launched with Meta, using interest and demographic targeting to reach high-intent UK audiences and artists in key cultural hubs, before expanding into TikTok to engage creative communities through interests, purchase intentions, creator interactions and popular hashtags. We then layered in Google Ads with high-intent and in-market audiences across Search and Display to capture demand, followed by YouTube—prioritising Shorts alongside skippable and non-skippable formats to extend reach and drive installs. When organic traction spiked in Spanish-speaking markets mid-campaign, we capitalised on the surge—deploying localised Meta and TikTok activations to harness it. This agile, data-led strategy combined cultural brand building with efficient, scalable acquisition across multiple markets.

Scaling Without Limits

Through strategic optimisation, rapid market pivots, and tailored creative for Spanish-speaking audiences, we drove over 30,000 app installs across Meta, Google, TikTok, and YouTube in under 3 months—achieving exceptional efficiency with CPI rates of just €0.07–€0.08. This approach solidified Artgapi’s presence in both established and emerging markets while maximising budget impact.

Creative That Scales

To support our digital strategy, we developed a creative framework that positioned Artgapi as both a practical tool and a creative community. Deliverables included social-first assets for Meta and TikTok, still and display creatives for Google, and bumper, skippable, and non-skippable ads for YouTube—all designed to build awareness and drive installs.

The campaign was strengthened by influencer-provided UGC, Spanish-language adaptations, and tailored sound design—ensuring cultural relevance and platform-native resonance. AI tools were used selectively to generate small, on-brand creative variations that added humour or engagement, complementing the core design and motion graphics creation process. This combination delivered a consistent, high-performing creative suite that resonated across multiple markets.

Conclusion

This campaign marked a milestone launch into performance marketing for Artgapi, proving the impact of a structured, cross-platform approach. By combining agile media execution with culturally resonant creative, we delivered measurable growth at scale—over 30,000 installs in under three months, CPIs far below benchmark in growth markets, and a surge in organic brand interest across international audiences. The success established a scalable performance foundation and positioned Artgapi for sustained global expansion, with both the creative framework and media infrastructure in place to support its next stage of growth.
