Working within strict pharmaceutical advertising regulations and limited brand assets, we led end-to-end creative development — from conceptualisation and copywriting to AI-generated video production, visual design, and tailored campaign delivery. Creative Approach
Our strategy was rooted in metaphor-driven storytelling — turning everyday frustrations into visual symbols of discomfort, then revealing contrasting moments of ease to signify relief. Each ad began with a familiar challenge: a traffic jam, a pile of laundry, an incomplete push-up — subtle stand-ins for constipation. These were followed by scenes of transformation: free-flowing traffic, clean workspaces, moments of joy — representing the product’s effect.
To maximise relevance, we developed distinct creative treatments for five audience segments:

AI Video Production (Sora)
All video ads were AI-generated and produced entirely in-house — from narrative development and creative direction to animation and motion graphics. Despite limited original assets, we built immersive “before and after” worlds that mapped to each audience’s lifestyle.
Each video followed a structured narrative:
Opening: Forlax logo and metaphor-led problem
Solution: Key product benefits illustrated simply and clearly
Transformation: Visual contrast to communicate emotional and physical relief

Every asset was tailored for its environment — with variations for skippable and non-skippable YouTube formats and paid social placements.
